All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds at this time.
However, we want you to have a great experience—if you're unsatisfied, we’re happy to offer an exchange or help you find another class or product that better fits your needs.

🔄 Can I exchange my class or product?

Yes! If something isn’t the right fit, you can exchange your class spot or product for another available option of equal value. Just reach out to us, and we’ll take care of you.

📅 What happens if I can’t attend a class I booked?

We understand things come up! If you notify us in advance, we’ll gladly help you transfer your spot to another class date or offer a credit toward a future experience.

⏰ Is there a cancellation window?

We ask that you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled class if you need to make changes. This helps us plan materials or offer your spot to someone else.

🚫 What if I cancel last minute or don’t show up?

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class or no-shows are not eligible for exchanges or credits. Because we prepare materials and reserve your spot in advance, we’re unable to accommodate last-minute changes.

📦 What if I’m not satisfied with my ArtHopper box?

We want you to love your experience! If something isn’t right, please reach out—we’re happy to offer an exchange or replacement when appropriate.
